T2 vchat for TV

Included TribesHUD.ini updated for Demo

This vchat uses all the TV sounds i managed to find organised in T2 vchat style (lot of T2 stuff missing though)
Version 1.1 : now available in qwerty or azerty version
Note that the vchat is 15 lines long so you'll need to edit your hud if you're not using mine

For those using a custom HUD, you can edit TribesHUD.ini and set :
